While explaining your education background at job interviews, take the opportunity to show your interviewer your certificates as you speak. For example, as you mention that you have completed your degree course, take out the certificate to show him. Same goes with your final year thesis or extra-curricular activities. It is always best to have a photocopied set of them ready. The interviewer may not have time to view them earlier so this is the moment for you to impress him.
